Health and wellness: We believe that healthy employees are happy employees, which is why we offer 100% premium coverage for medical, dental, and vision insurance for all staff members. Retirement planning: Planning for the future has never been easier with our employer-funded SEP-IRA retirement plan. After just one year of employment, staff members are eligible for a generous 7% employer contribution to their retirement account, paid out quarterly.
Time off: We offer generous PTO, vacation, and sick time allowances for all full-time staff members. Staff receives 6 to 12 days of PTO depending on department, as well as accrue up to 12 days of additional vacation and 12 days of sick time annually, to start.
