NWRRC is a nonprofit organization that can provide you an opportunity to have a direct and positive impact on your local community. We do amazing work and stand true to our mission – to support, educate and encourage our residents, while they do the work necessary, to develop and implement an Individualized Program Plan that guides them in the successful transition back into their communities/families including finding employment and housing, without reoffending. We are also committed to assuring constant supervision, providing structure for accountability and as a result protecting the community. You can learn more by visiting our “About Us” page.
We are always looking for qualified, committed, and energetic people to join our team and open positions are posted here when available. We are an equal opportunity employer and are firmly committed to diversity in all areas of work. We believe that we have much to learn from diverse cultures and perspectives, and that diversity will make NWRRC more effective in meeting the needs of our residents.
If you have a passion for the type of work we do, we would like to hear from you! We provide a stable and long-term employment opportunity, great pay and a fantastic benefits package to eligible staff. Here are some of our benefits:
We also want to be transparent with potential applicants about our clearance procedures. We are contracted with the federal government and with the state, and therefore have specific eligibility requirements for our staff. Candidates must pass a pre-employment drug test that includes testing for marijuana/THC use. We recognize it is legal at the state level, but it is not legal at the federal level, which governs the requirement of our contracts. Our hired staff also must participate in our ongoing drug testing program. Candidates must also pass our criminal background investigations, and those with a history of any of the following are ordinarily not cleared to work at NWRRC under our federal contract (PS 7570.02):
COVID-19 Vaccination: For the ongoing safety of our staff, residents and public, all staff are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Proof of vaccination is required upon hire.
