Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor resident behavior and activities to ensure compliance with facility rules and regulations.
  • Maintain a secure and orderly environment through regular facility patrols, headcounts, and searches of resident rooms, property, vehicles, phones, and personal searches pat-downs.
  • Respond to emergencies swiftly and appropriately.
  • Conduct observed urine collection and breathalyzer testing for residents and other contract clients.
  • Control and dispense resident medications and manage self-carry medications and supplements.
  • Track resident accountability while they are on approved absences from the facility e.g., work, social passes.
  • Monitor electronic monitoring GPS reports for residents in the community and on home confinement.
  • Control all entry and exit into the facility to ensure security.
  • Maintain accurate incident logs and documentation of all facility activities.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for law enforcement, U.S. Marshals, U.S. Probation Officers, Bureau of Prisons personnel, and other related agencies.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Hourly Rate: Starting at $26.06 per hour
  • Benefits for Full-Time Employees:
    • Healthcare: 100% of medical, vision, and dental premiums covered for employees; 50% for spouses and dependents. Includes life, AD&D, and long-term disability insurance.
