Programs and Services: A Platform for Postive Change & Impact
Our comprehensive programs help residents transition successfully to life in the community. These include:
- Case Management: Individualized support plans tailored to each resident’s needs in housing, employment, and community reintegration.
- Health and Wellness Services: Physical and mental health services, including on-site counseling and connections to community health resources.
- Social and Resident Resources: Access to community partners for housing, employment, and other critical support networks.
- Accountability and Security: 24/7 supervision to maintain a safe, respectful environment for all residents and staff.
