Our mission is to support, educate, and encourage our residents, while they do the work necessary toward successful transition from the criminal justice system back into their communities with improved life skills. Director’s Message

Thank you for your interest in the Executive Director position at the Northwest Regional Re-entry Center. For the past 60 years, our organization has proudly served the Pacific Northwest, helping individuals successfully reassimilate into their community. It’s been the privilege of a lifetime to lead this incredible organization, and I’m deeply grateful for the opportunity to work alongside our dedicated team and witness the profound impact of our work.

As you consider this important leadership role, I want to share that our Executive Director serves as the CEO of the organization, overseeing a committed staff of nearly 70 talented individuals, managing a $10 million annual budget, and guiding the organization’s vision for growth. With the increasing need for re-entry and community restoration services, this is an exciting time to lead NWRRC into the future.

As Executive Director, you’ll lead nearly 70 dedicated professionals who embody a “one team, one mission” mindset. Working alongside NWRRC’s Facility Director and Finance Manager, you’ll lead an experienced management team deeply committed to our shared vision.

You’ll also play a key role in advocating for NWRRC within the community, building relationships with city, county, and state officials, as well as representatives from law enforcement, to expand support and deepen the mission’s impact.

With sustainable growth, long-standing partnerships, and a talented staff, this is an exciting opportunity to lead NWRRC.

Programs and Services: A Platform for Postive Change & Impact

Our comprehensive programs help residents transition successfully to life in the community. These include:

  • Case Management: Individualized support plans tailored to each resident’s needs in housing, employment, and community reintegration.
  • Health and Wellness Services: Physical and mental health services, including on-site counseling and connections to community health resources.
  • Social and Resident Resources: Access to community partners for housing, employment, and other critical support networks.
  • Accountability and Security: 24/7 supervision to maintain a safe, respectful environment for all residents and staff.

As the new Executive Director, you’ll be able to make an immediate impact, helping residents navigate these programs and make progress in their re-entry journey.
