If you’re seeking a meaningful career where you can positively impact your local community, consider joining our team at NWRRC. Our nonprofit organization is dedicated to supporting individuals as they transition from various aspects of the Criminal Justice system back into their communities and families. Through our programs and services, we’re committed to helping our residents succeed while also ensuring public safety.

At NWRRC, we believe that everyone deserves a second chance. We’re proud to be a part of the solution, providing our residents with the support and resources they need to reintegrate successfully into society. Our mission is to guide and encourage our residents to develop and implement an individualized plan that supports their successful transition back into their communities and families, without reoffending. We also focus on constant supervision, structured accountability, and community protection, allowing our residents to thrive and become productive members of society.

We are always seeking passionate, dedicated, and skilled individuals to join our team. As an NWRRC team member, you’ll have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of those we serve.

If you’re committed to making a positive impact in your community and share our values and mission, we encourage you to explore the career opportunities available at NWRRC. Our website features a list of open positions that we update regularly.
