Visitors at NWRRC

Visitation is an important component to our residents’ successful transition back into the community. Eligible residents are afforded the opportunity to apply for visiting privileges on behalf of their family and associates. Residents are not permitted visits until the NWRRC visitor application is approved and their case manager authorizes visits as part of the resident’s individual program plan. Residents are limited to five approved visitors while at NWRRC. Visitor applications may be obtained at NWRRC or using the application form hyperlink.

Visitation Guidelines

All visiting is to occur in the lobby or adjacent visitation rooms if available, and must be visible to Security Staff at all times.  Upon entering the facility, visitors are required to provide state issued photo identification. Visitors’ personal items, such as handbags and coats, will be  searched by the Security Staff. Residents may receive items such as clothing and hygiene products from approved visitors during visiting hours only and with pre-approval of staff.  Inappropriate physical closeness and public displays of affection, or other activities deemed inappropriate, are grounds for termination of visiting privileges.  NWRRC staff has the right to terminate visits at any time.
