While we recognize that Oregon and Washington have passed legislation which authorizes the recreational and medical use of marijuana in those states, NWRRC’s policies with regard to substance abuse are based on federal law. As a result, individuals who use marijuana or any other federally prohibited substance are not eligible for employment by NWRRC.
